App. 180, 504 P.2d 1186 (1973), affirmed the defendant's conviction on three other counts of first-degree assault. We affirm the judgment of the Court of Appeals and adopt their reasoning on the issue whether there was sufficient evidence that three of the four counts of assault were committed "with intent to kill" the alleged victims.
